Hammerite.

Several of you (well...one of you) has asked about how the boat is progressing.

The trailer has been affectionately named Trigger's Broom as by the time we have finished with it the blighter will have no original parts on it whatsoever.

'We' are still stripping this bad boy down to the bare metal ready for painting.

I, of course, have been used in a more supervisory capacity.

Here are some action shots to give you a taste of the Empire State like construction efforts that are taking place behind the garden wall.

Buckweeds. He loves it he really does.

 A man's shed.
WD40. Check.
Tool box. Check.
Wigs. Check....

EH?

Mr Jolly. Grind it boyo.

A precision, well oiled machine. (Trailer's not bad either)

To symbolise the lucky escape the three of us had on that fateful weekend....

Haven't told Pia that it will soon be in our garage ready to paint.

Keep it schtum yeah?

  1. Hang on.... You actually NAMED your trailer??? Is this normal? I'm not much in the way of a nautical oracle by any stretch but come on. On a side note, do jolly and Bucky ever get annoyed with you running around taking snapshots like a Japanese tourist while they do all the work?

    1. We love that trailer! You may have a point with regards to the snaps but I am a little awkward when it comes to grinding metal.
