From now one each week I shall be placing a favourite album either for the music, cover or perhaps both in a frame.
It will then go display.

1985.
I was 17 when I bought this from Outback music.
For some reason I have always loved this EP.
The cover is just the job.
Fills the entire 12" cover with, in my opinion, funny, brilliant artwork.
Mike Bryson I salute you.
The music you ask?
I will always treasure 'Fat Lad Exam Failure' and 'Panties Please" as genuinely great shambolic tunes of the highest calibre.

A classic. One of my favourites. Was listening to it the other day actually.
ReplyDeleteTheir other covers are great too. In particular the Brutal lp, which has the band in puppet form, in Bryson's brilliant style.
To be fair Matt I think a lot of your art is right up there with the best. Feel free to send some over and I'll post it up.
