44yo. GSOH. Over friendly at times. Good heart. Neurotic. Generous. Awkward. Will listen to most types of music.
No longer will I be tied to down to one type of genre.
One to the most difficult questions I've ever been asked; What type of music do you like then?
Techno. pop. Technopop. Indie (whatever that means). Punk. Acid. Hip hop. Ambient. Reggae. New wave. House. Old skool. Dubstep. Tesko. Acid skiffle. Jazz. Classical.
One of the best things about middle age is one does not have to hide behind a tribe or cause anymore.
I will listen to any old nonsense really.
I digress.
Shackleton - Music For The Quiet Hour
He can do no wrong in my ears.
He also wears a great hat. Always a bonus.
Great artwork for this box set by Zeke Clough
Really enjoying this. Album of the year so far.
HUGE bass. Amazing production. Strings. Ethereal vocal clips. Mandolin. bleeps. Twisty, jungle rhythms.
Sounds like a psychedelic congo party at 4am. (yes I get a lot of invites to such soirees)
Pia thinks I am nuts. She regularly pokes her head around the office door, makes odd bleeping & squelching noises along with disparaging comments in an attempt to cheapen this mighty music.
I don't care. I love odd electronic music.
There.
I have said it.
Pipe and smoke it.
