A few days ago I hit a new peak (or perhaps low) of OCD-ism depending on your point of view.
I like long, overly sentimental films that span across a few decades. 'Forrest Gump', '...Benjamin Button', 'Groundhog Day', you get the picture.
Thursday evening found me with a hot brew, felt slippers, a decent cat, a girlfriend and an easy going attitude. To top it off I flipped the aforementioned "...Benjamin Button" into the blu-ray and prepared for suntory times. Wasn't long before I became restless and agitated. What could it be that was giving me the fear? Took me a while but realised I couldn't settle until I had calculated the 2 main characters' (Benjamin and Daisy) ages and at what point they were at their closest chronological points as they fell in love.
Apologies for those that haven't seen this (lovely) film but here are my extensive 'al-culations' (arf!).

So there you have it.
So there you have it.
Print it off an keep it as your very own ready reckoner.
I'm now considering a full colour flow chart, Harvard Referenced essay notes and pie graph to help me understand 'Eternal Sunshine...' (with overhead projections).
Please don't even ask about 'Minority Report'
This post is clearly a thinly veiled cry for help.
