Techno.

My favourite form of music is of the electronic variety.

The Boiler Room is fast becoming my favourites site for all things techno.

A small crowd gathers in a small room.

A DJ plays a continuous mix of music which he feels will entertain the ladies and gentleman around him.

They broadcast it live.

It can then be watched and, best of all, be downloaded for later enjoyment.

Highly recommended.

Three of my favourites:

RØDHÅD

This German chap builds the set from gentle classical leanings up to visceral spacey techno.
Pure talent in a gingham shirt.

(*Tim - gives this a whirl - reckon it is just the ticket for you)

Surgeon

The best intro I have heard in the last 10 years.
The first 8 minutes of this mix are utterly amazing.
(The rest is not too shabby either)
Those that know me probably recall me going bonkers on a dance floor is some darkened clubs around the country.
(sorry - what has been seen cannot be unseen).
Couldn't do it now so this is the closest I will get. Watching this chap just hits the spot for me.
As I type this I am oscillating widely.

Turn it up

Ben Klock

Worth watching for the crowd alone.
Skip forward to 25 minutes and marvel.
An absolute master of pace is Mr Klock.
Gives me those neck chills when I see this guy in action.

Watching this from 25 minutes onwards has been the best fun I have had whilst doing this mediocre blog.

Fact.

Is it wrong to admire a man's shoulder dancing?

Check out the girl in the grey vest's facial expressions. wonderful stuff.

By the way the lady in the white behind Mr Klock is Nina Kraviz.
A good DJ in her own right and his girlfriend.

What a life.

Bah.

So for all your techno needs:
